Mango and raspberry slushie
For a quality dessert, one of the most important things: the ingredients! For this slushie you will need 410 g cans of sliced peaches in their juice, 2 cups of frozen chopped mango, 1 cup of ice cubes and 1 cup of frozen raspberries.

Drain the peaches, reserving the juice (you will need 1/3 cup juice.). Place the mango, peach slices, ice cubes and 1 tablespoon of reserved juice in a blender. Mix until you get a homogeneous mixture. Transfer the mixture to a carafe. Add raspberries and remaining juice to blender. Blend until the mixture is smooth. Place the mango and raspberry mixtures, alternately, in 2 chilled 2-cup glasses. Serve immediately.
Low Fat Mango Madness
The ingredients you will need for this delicious cold dessert are 150g low-fat ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla custard, 2 large ripe mangoes, peeled and coarsely chopped, and 8 pieces of almond bread.

Put the ricotta in a food processor. Blend until it becomes creamy. Pour in the pastry cream and pulse until just combined. Transfer to a large bowl. Wash and dry the robot bowl. Process the mango until smooth. Reserve 1/3 cup mango purée. Stir the rest of the mango purée into the ricotta mixture. Half fill four 1-cup glasses with the mango ricotta mixture. Spoon in reserved puree. Cover and refrigerate for 15 minutes or more, if time permits. Serve with almond bread.
Mango with yogurt and almond praline
For this fresh and exotic recipe, you will need 4 ripe mangoes, peeled, cut into 3 cm thick slices, 1/2 cup passion fruit pulp, 2 cups Greek yogurt, almond praline, 3 /4 cup powdered sugar and 1/2 cup slivered almonds, toasted.

Mix mango and passion fruit in a bowl. Divide among eight one-cup cocktail glasses. Cover with yogurt. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until ready to serve. Prepare the almond praline: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a saucepan, put the sugar and 2 1/2 tablespoons of cold water and stir over low heat until the sugar has dissolved. Increase heat to medium.
Cook, without stirring, brushing the sides of the pan occasionally with a damp pastry brush, for 8 to 10 minutes or until the mixture is golden brown. Remove from the heat and stir in the almonds. Pour the caramel mixture in a thin stream onto the prepared tray. Let stand at room temperature until the mixture is set.
Mango and cardamom crème brûlée
The ingredients needed for this mango dessert are 50g granulated sugar, 325ml single cream, 150ml canned mango puree, ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom, 1 medium egg, plus 3 egg yolks and 2 teaspoons of demerara sugar.

Heat the oven to 100°C. Combine the sugar, cream and mango puree in a saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring, until the mixture comes to a boil. Remove from the heat, add the cardamom and stir to combine everything. In a large jug or heatproof bowl, whisk the egg and egg yolks.
Slowly add the just-boiled cream and mango mixture to the eggs, little by little, whisking until the egg and cream mixture is completely incorporated. Place the ramekins on a baking sheet, then divide the mixture between them. Place in the oven and bake for 20 minutes or until the mixture is set with a slight wave in the center.
