Recipe Fried rice with spinach
Ingredients
- 250g rice
- olive oil
- 5 c. tomato pulp
- 150g baby spinach
- salt pepper
Preparation

Cook the rice for the time indicated on the package. Drain.

In a skillet, heat olive oil then add the rice and stir well.

Add the tomato pulp and the spinach leaves and cook for 5 minutes over medium heat.

Stir well until the baby spinach is reduced to a minimum.

Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot!
