During the three-day New Year’s holiday, from Dec. 31, 2022 to Jan. 2, 2023, the city received about 1.6 million tourists including 35,000 foreigners, generating more than 251 million USD in revenue, he said. said.

The southern megalopolis also welcomed 31 million domestic tourist arrivals, up 234.1% year-on-year.
