There are fans of batch cooking who do not ask questions on Monday evening. And then there are the others. Those for which the first evening of the week is not always the best time to spend in the kitchen. The solution is to prepare a unique dish that will please the whole family. And if there are any left, it will always be an idea for lunch on Tuesday noon! Here are 3 recipes that won’t take you no more than 30 minutes in preparation.
1. A potato and goat cheese pie ready in 30 minutes
This unique potato dish is perfect if you are very hungry. With a green salad, it will be even more digestible.
Ingredients :
- 200g baking potatoes
- 125 g fresh goat cheese
- 1 shortcrust pastry
- 1 sprig of fresh thyme
- 1 egg yolk
- Salt pepper
Preparation :
- Peel your potatoes and cut them into thin slices.
- Make your own shortcrust pastry or roll out a ready-made pastry.
- Sprinkle your fresh goat cheese in small pieces on your dough and cover with your potato slices. Add salt and pepper. Add a few sprigs of thyme.
- Fold the dough wide over the filling at its edges and brush the edges with egg yolk.
- Bake 35 minutes at 180°C after preheating.
2. Pumpkin soup with blue cheese and grilled bacon signed Prince de Bretagne.
The longest part is peeling the pumpkin. But if you scald it it will go much faster. Then there is (almost) nothing more to do!
Ingredients
- 75g butter
- 1 small pumpkin
- 180g Auvergne blue cheese
- 3 shallots
- 1 vegetable stock cube
- 6 slices of bacon or smoked brisket
- Parsley, salt and pepper
Preparation
- Peel the pumpkin and cut it into large cubes.
- In a casserole, sauté your minced shallots in the butter. Add the pumpkin cubes and brown them. Then wet with your broth. cover and cook for about 20 minutes in a small broth.
- Pass your slices of bacon in the pan to grill them.
- Pass the vegetables for your soup in the blender. Dilute with a little cooking water if it is too thick. Adjust the seasoning.
- Serve with crispy bacon slicescrumbled Auvergne blue cheese on your soup and a few sprigs of parsley.
3. Creamy mushroom pasta from @plates_gourmandes
Pasta is always a safe bet and mushrooms are in season!
Ingredients :
- 250g penne
- 500g fresh button mushrooms
- 20 cl of full liquid cream
- 100g grated cheese
- 2 shallots
- 1 clove of garlic
- Salt and pepper
- Parsley
- Olive oil
Preparation :
- Cook your pasta the time indicated on the package.
- In a wok, brown the garlic clove cut into small pieces and minced shallots. Add your mushrooms rubbed and cut into thin strips. Add salt and pepper. Bring back and when the mushrooms have taken on a beautiful coloradd your liquid cream.
- Drain your pasta and add it to the wok. Add the grated cheese, sprigs and parsley and serve hot!
