Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the flour. Gradually add the milk and mix well.
Leave on the heat, stirring constantly until the bechamel thickens.
Add grated cheese, diced slices of ham, salt and pepper. Mix well.
Unroll a puff pastry and place it in a pie pan. Pour the previous preparation then cover with the second puff pastry.
Seal the edges well and pierce a hole in the center of the pie. Bake for 40 minutes at 190°C.
