-1 shortcrust pastry
-3 apples
-3 tablespoons ground almonds
-25cl of soy cream
Preparation :
1. Unroll the shortcrust pastry on the pie pan.
2. Then mix the soy cream and the ground almonds, place on the dough with the apple quarters. Bake for 30 minutes at 210°C.

-130g of flour
-300g of cottage cheese
-1 apple
-3 eggs
-50g of sugar
-1 packet of baking powder
Preparation :
1.Mix the egg yolks with the sugar and cottage cheese, then incorporate the flour. Whisk the egg whites and assemble.
2.Put in half of the cake batter, cover with apple slices and top with batter. Then top with fruit. Bake the cake for 25 minutes at 210°C.

Preparation :

-2 eggs
-1 tablespoon of cornstarch
-2cl of water

1. Heat the lemon and water. Separately, mix the egg yolks with a little sugar and cornstarch, add to the heat.
2. Whip the egg whites and fold the mixture out of the heat. Book 4 hours in the fridge.

-200g of flour

-50g brown sugar
-3 eggs

1.Mix the flour, 2 eggs and the sugar, then the melted chocolate and half the yeast.
2.Apart, mix the fromage blanc and 1 egg. Pour 3/4 into a cake tin, then cover with the other mixture. Draw spirals.
3.Put in the oven for 35 minutes at 180°C.

2.Lay out the blueberries. Bake at 210°C for 45 minutes.

-1 lime
-1 half ripe mango
-1 tablespoon of honey

1.Mix the chia seeds in the coconut milk. Book 4 hours.
2.Pour everything into ramekins. Separately, mix half of the mango cubes with the lemon juice and honey. Cover the chia seeds. Decorate with the remaining mango pieces.

-60cl of milk
