-250g of rice flour
-1 packet of baking powder
-4 eggs
-1 zucchini
-Olive oil
-1 log of goat cheese
-Salt and pepper
Preparation :
1.First, mix the rice flour, baking powder, eggs, milk and olive oil to then form a smooth and homogeneous dough.
2. Then peel the zucchini slices in a second time and then grate them. Collect the water. Then add the vegetable to the dough with the crumbled goat cheese. Add salt and pepper.
3. Place the food in a cake mould, then bake for 35 minutes at 180°C. Serve on a hot plate.
Trick : You can also replace zucchini with potatoes to vary your meals.
Gluten-free quinoa and avocado salad

-1 avocado
-300g of quinoa
-1 green apple
-A few mint leaves
-1 egg
-100g of feta
Preparation :
1.For this cuisine, first boil the quinoa in a pan of water, then drain and refrigerate for 30 minutes. Boil the egg for 10 minutes, then peel it.
2. Then cut the apple into cubes and crumble the feta, mix everything with the quinoa and a few mint leaves. Put the crumbled egg.

-150g of peas
-100g green beans
-2 salmon steaks
-1 cucumber
-1 lemon

Preparation :
1.For this recipe, heat rice according to package directions. Then let it cool down.
2.Then you can steam the vegetables. Finally mix the food together.
3. Add the minced salmon fillets to the food.
4.Prepare the sauce: Pour the lemon juice into a bowl with the mayonnaise and chopped garlic, then salt. Put the sauce on your kitchen and stir everything.
5.Taste your recipe!

2.You can then add the rice flour in rain, as well as the vegetable milk. Mix well to avoid lumps.
3.Using a ladle, form the pancakes in the pan with a knob of butter. Brown them on both sides.
4.Finish your pancakes with the filling of your choice.

-250g red beans
-1 bar of dark chocolate
-2 apple compotes
-5cl of skimmed milk
-1 packet of baking powder
-100g of nuts

Preparation :
1.For this recipe, break the chocolate into pieces and put it in a bowl. Let it melt in the microwave.
2. Separately, rinse the already cooked red beans, then blend them to reduce them to a pulp. Mix them with the melted chocolate, as well as the skimmed milk. The texture must be homogeneous.
3. Then add the baking powder, add the applesauce and honey, stir again. Then add the crushed nuts to the other foods.
