A new recipe for bling bling salmon with mayonnaise!
Servings: 4 – Preparation: 15 minutes – Cooking: 20 minutes
Ingredients
- 4 salmon steaks
- 120 ml (8 tbsp) Mag mayonnaise
- 125 ml (1/2 cup) parmesan cheese, grated
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) parsley leaves, chopped
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) dill, chopped
- 1 lemon, zest and juice of 1⁄2 lemon
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) horseradish or mustard
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) cashews, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
The garnish
- 1 red onion, minced
- 1 stalk broccoli, cut into small stems
- 16 to 24 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 60 ml (4 tbsp) olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat the oven, rack in the middle, to 200°C (400°F).
2nd step
In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise, parmesan, parsley, dill, lemon zest and juice, garlic and horseradish.
Step 3
On a baking sheet, covered with a silicone mat, arrange the salmon steaks and on each, spread the prepared mixture and the cashew nuts.
Step 4
Around the salmon steaks, spread the onion, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, a little salt and pepper and cook in the oven for 20 minutes.
