Yogurt and pear cake recipe

Preparation

Mix the yoghurt with the flour, sugar, vanilla sugar, yeast, eggs and melted butter until the dough is smooth and homogeneous.

Peel and core the pears. Cut them into small cubes and add them to the batter. Mix quickly.

Pour everything into a buttered and floured mold or lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 180°C. Check for doneness with a knife: the blade should come out dry.
